Events & Conference Support
The Bookstore has a long tradition of supporting academic events and conferences on campus. We support York faculty authors with book launches, assist departments with book sales at special lectures and conferences, and support annual events such as student orientations and convocations.

York Faculty Publications
The Bookstore supports York faculty publications and maintains a large number of these books in our main floor general interest book area. If you have a new book, please check with our staff to see if we already have it stocked in the Bookstore and on our website. If not, we will bring it in to feature it in our collection. We also support book launches for new publications by York faculty. Contact Michael Legris, our Marketing and Special Events Coordinator to find out more. Conferences & Author Lectures
The Bookstore will order and sell books at conferences and author lectures on campus that are sponsored by members of the York community. If we are unable to attend these events, we can provide your group with the book and a sales kit so that your volunteers can act as the sales personnel - we call this our travelling "bookstore-in-a-box."
