Shipping and Delivery Frequently Asked Questions
Shipping charges are based on where the item is being shipped and how many items are in your order. Below is a complete breakdown of our rates:
1)We have harmonized our postal shipping charge with our basic courier shipping charge. We recommend using the postal shipping option only if you have a post office box address. Orders by post are slower and not traceable. The Bookstore does not accept responsibility for items lost by the Post Office.
2) Shipping for digital materials (e-books, NPP etc) will not be charged. They will be reversed when we process your order.

All orders shipped to destinations in Canada attract GST(5%). Canadian Book orders may also attract Provincial Sales Taxes depending on the destination. All other goods shipped to destinations in Canada attract GST and any Provincial Sales Taxes. Orders exported to other countries are not
charged any Canadian taxes, however, duties/tariffs/taxes may be applied by other governments.
